We have a range of maintenance contracts available that can be tailored to the specific needs of a customer. We will also service third party installations. All engineers undergo rigorous training on products and industry standards.
We are proud of our reputation for responding quickly to emergency calls. Our system database ensures that an engineer with skills and expertise particularly related to your system will be available. That way you can be sure that a specialist who knows your system intimately will be the one doing the work. Many of our intruder alarm systems can be provided with remote engineering support, allowing us to ‘download’ information to the system, via a PC modem or IP link. This allows us to program and maintain the system from our office, without the need for an on site visit.
If you have an existing Intruder Alarm System, not originally installed by us, we are able to offer an efficient and competitive repair service. Our engineers carry a large stock of spare parts enabling us to repair most systems on the market, usually without the need for a return visit.
